One card per published Location (name, address, phone, directions, page link; primary badged). Pick on Contact/About/Location pages for MULTI-location clients.

Claims and controls
Signal-gated (multi_location) AND self-gates below 2 published locations — a single-location site never renders it. Real Location posts only; per-branch hours render behind a native <details> disclosure when confirmed rows exist.
